Cancellations, amendments & returns
As your item is made specifically for you, once payment is taken, no changes to the order or any cancellation may be made, except in accordance with your legal rights.
This includes all items in our online store which are not for immediate delivery (ie any dress which is made to the customers colour, size, length, cut service, etc).
Additionally we will only accept returns in accordance with your legal rights.
If you are returning an item due to a fault, or you believe it has not been made to the specification given by you, we will re-make a new item to the correct specifications. The new item will arrive 4-5 weeks from the date of return- we will contact you by email to update you on the progress of your order.
Goods should be returned in the original packaging by a suitable method (ie a trackable method with suitable insurance) within 7 days and you need to inform us that you are returning the item by email or by post within 7 days. Take the parcel to any post office, and obtain a receipt as proof of postage.

As your item is cut from the roll to your size requirement, once payment is taken, no changes to the order or any cancellation may be made, except in accordance with your legal rights.
Goods should be returned in the original packaging by a suitable method (ie a trackable method with suitable insurance) within 7 days. Take the parcel to any post office, and obtain a receipt as proof of postage.
Refunds, if appropriate, will be processed within 30 days.
Cancellations and Returns
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) the customer has 7 working days after receipt of their order to cancel and receive a full refund. Orders may not be cancelled after this period except for under your legal rights.
Please note that this excludes Made-to-Measure items, items made to customers specification (made to order), cut fabrics and swatches, and any expedited rush cut service.
